Legal Aid – available to all who qualify, contracted with the Legal Aid Agency for family law legal aid through the specialist quality mark standard .

Free first interview – fixed fees and monthly payment schemes to make legal fees easily affordable. Legal advice loans are also available as are arrangements to pay from proceeds of a settlement in the event that you recover assets.

Passionate about families – Our Solicitors and Legal advisors have chose to join a specialist law firm that is known for its expertise in this one type of law. This means the lawyer you see is someone who opted to do family law and is now doing a job they love.

Independence and integrity – Unlike some firms we are not affiliated to or connected with a national brand or multinational company driven by profit or image. We are owned and run by local family lawyers who know their subject and care about their business.

Authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority – meaning that you can trust our professionalism. With a Law Society specialist panel member in each of our 5 offices experience is always on hand with region wide coverage.
